Richard currently serves as Transportation Policy Adviser in the Office of Governor Murphy.

Previously, Richard held roles at McKinsey & Company and at Sidewalk Labs. From 2016 to 2018, Richard served as a City Councilmember and Chairman of Public Works for his hometown of Summit, NJ.

Richard is a graduate of Columbia University and Harvard Law School.
